We offer rooms in a range of sizes with high quality and attractive consulting fit outs. Rooms have been designed with private and discrete consulting in mind offering the highest level of visual and acoustic privacy via high grade sound proofing in walls and ceilings. Rooms are decorated with purpose specific comfortable and elegant leather furniture. Décor consists of neutral, quiet colour tones and furnishings which include desk with leather couch, arm chairs, window blinds, and appropriate wall hangings. Most rooms have a tap/basin for access to drinking water and desk/floor lamps provide soft mood lighting as an option or mellow overhead room lights. The rooms emit a tranquillity and quiet as you enter.

Melbourne Consulting Suites' St Kilda Rd location is situated on a busy corner bustling with trams, busses, cafes along leafy St. Kilda Road. We are a short distance from major inner Melbourne institutions and suburbs, and conveniently central to outer Melbourne road and public transport connections. Our rooms are surrounded by Melbourne's iconic city gardens (AlexandraGardens, The Botanical Gardens, FawknerPark, Albert Cricket Ground, AlbertParkLake. It is a short walk to exclusive Toorak Road, trendy Commercial Road and chic Prahran facilities (shops, businesses, restaurants).

Our rooms are located in one of Melbourne's iconic medical buildings on the renowned and historical St. Kilda Road. A short tram ride from the CBD, our rooms are situated within the busy business district with local to international businesses for neighbours (Alfred Hospital, Linfox, L’oreal, Yves Saint Laurent, Jacobs, AAMI, AIA Australia, Cadbury, Australasian College of Aneasthetists, Federal Police headquarters, Orica, VACC, St. Kilda Rd. Victoria Police Headquarters, Wesley College, Melbourne Grammar School).

Parking & Taxis

Abundant parking is available for both our consultants and their clients/patients directly outside. The options include 1 & 2 hour parking on St. Kilda Road, 1 hour parking on Commercial Road and 4 hour parking in adjacent Hanna Street.

There are also a number of commercial car parks (next door & across the road) which provide competitive daily rates ($16, $22) and scaled monthly rates.

Our Elsternwick rooms are directly across the road from the Coles carpark and surrounded by banks, businesses, a variety of eateries, community facilities (library, RSL, Council), and numerous State and private schools (primary and secondary).

A period 1915 home of 12 rooms has been renovated into a professional consulting suites combining the quiet charm of 1915 with a professional contemporary fit out. Features such as period mouldings, ceiling roses, cornices, ceiling fans, wide skirting boards, double doors, fireplaces, stained glass and polished floor boards have been retained to enhance the consulting space. Consulting suites are spacious, and group rooms are also available (6.3m x 4m). Free street parking is available as well as parking on site. There is an abundance of transport (bus, tram, train) on our doorstep.
